My check-in was at 14:00, but I arrived a lot earlier (around 06:00). I was welcomed and given a room as soon as it was possible, without any extra charge! I am very thankful for staff's kindness and understanding!

The room was big and modern. The breakfast was crowded but good selection of food. There is tea in the room. The room was stylish and comfortable.

Staff is great. They offered me a late checkout just because we arrived at 4 am and that’s all we needed!

The pool, the room, proximity to the airport and Ggico metro station, access to a tour guide/safari booking guide and the availability of a shuttle to the airport.

It’s convenient to all the amenities and airport. The airport shuttle services and the driver service was great. The staff at the reception paid attention to detail on everything and were very help. The general worker for housekeeping Imran was excellent and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and committed to his job . Tiffany at breakfast area the chef was always making sure that we enjoyed our breakfast.

Awesome place, we stayed there for a week. The personnel is very friendly and proactive. Anything we needed was provided within minutes. The place was clean and very well maintained. Beautiful reception for pictures. The pool and everything around was easily accessible, there is a rooftop pool but it was closed because of Ramadan which we understood, but the buffet was still on and it was great ! Also, there is like a mini supermarket not so far where you can do little groceries, pharmacies and hospitals all around, we really loved our time there.

Peace, quiet and clean. Very clean. And affordable price. The streets near the hotel smell like parfume and are 100% safe. Hotel personnel are very very nice and polite. Clean bed, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, clean carpets. Everything clean. Air conditioning works perfect. The tap water is of highest quality. The shower and toilet have a common door, so if you close the door for the shower, the toilet has no door - but no problem if traveling solo. The wall mirror is installed in such a way that the space looks almost double in size. Next time I will come with my family. Why? Because in every moment this hotel shows its perfection in excellency.

This is my second time staying there, and it's really convenient for being very close to the airport, especially if your flight is in mid-day so you will easily skip the rush hour as you already mins away from the airport
